Notice of Infringement – Claim

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work being infringed
  3. Details of the infringing material and a way for the service provider to locate it
  4. Contact information of the complaining party
  5. A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized
  6. A declaration that the information provided is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Section 512(f) of Title 17 USC imposes penalties for knowingly providing false information in infringement claims.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you wish to restore material that was taken down due to a copyright claim, you must provide a counter notification to our DMCA Agent with specific elements as per 17 USC Section 512(g)(3).

  2. Description of the removed material and its original location
  3. Statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringer Policy
